How to take
Clear Whey Protein is a daily protein powder supplement. We recommend taking a serving daily, depending on your protein need. Mix 1 scoop (25g) with 400ml of ice-cold water. Shake well using a shaker bottle and leave to stand for 1 minute. As Clear Whey is so high in protein, the optimum time to take this supplement would be first thing in the morning or immediately after exercise
