Vinegar, chillies (22%), ginger, garlic, onions, lemon juice, sugar, water, salt, herbs, stabilizer (xanthan gum)

Store in a dry cool place. Refrigerate after opening and use within 4 months. Shake well before use. Because this is a product that doesn’t use any artificial preservatives, it might oxidise and change colour with use. This doesn’t affect the flavour or the quality of the product.
