Store in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight. Refrigerate after opening and use within two months. Keep out of reach of children.
Shake well before use. Take one 30ml serving daily. Can be served directly from the bottle, diluted to taste or added to smoothies, yogurts or sports drinks.
