Great value for money. There is almost no powdery residue inside the bottle, so its contents are well protected. There are no nasty smells or tastes and the tablets are easy to swallow. I trust that they contain what they claim to, and as such I am very pleased.

Digestive Enzymes break down our food for better absorption. Digestive Enzymes secreted along the digestive tract help break food down into nutrients and waste. This allows nutrients to be absorbed into the blood stream and the waste to be discarded. We're intended to consume whole foods that are rich in digestive enzymes. In their natural, unadulterated state, raw foods contain enzymes that facilitate healthy digestion. Ideally, these enzymes mix with our saliva through the process of chewing and begin pre-digesting our food. Realistically though, whole, raw foods are just a small portion of many people's diets today. This helps the body by freeing up metabolic energy for other uses. I take 1 capsule with largest meal and notice digestion enhanced when taking an enzyme supplement.
