Pad Thai noodle is a popular dish in Thailand. Eaten on its own or with chicken and beansprouts as part of a meal.
- Sugar 33.50%, water 20.99%, glucose syrup 14.50%, shallots 9.00%,salt 6.00%, peanuts 5.00%, vinegar 4.00%, tamarind 4.00%, dried shrimp 1.50%, citric acid 0.65%, soy sauce, (soy bean, salt, wheat) 0.50%, caramel colour 0.20%, red chilli 0.10%, paprika natural colour 0.06%.
- Easy Pad Thai: Prepare 100g Thai Taste Rice Noodles as per cooking instructions on pack. Heat 2 tbsp Thai Taste Rice Bran Oil in a wok, add 180g peeled large raw prawns and stir-fry for 2 minutes. Add 1 crushed clove of garlic and cook for a further 30 seconds. Pour in 1 beaten egg and stir-fry for a few seconds until slightly scrambled, then lower the heat and add the noodles and 4 tbsp Thai Taste Pad Thai Sauce. Stir-fry for 2 minutes until the noodles are hot. Add 50g roasted salted peanuts, 4 sliced spring onions and 80g beansprouts, mix well and serve.
