Imodium Instant Melts 12 Melt In The Mouth Tablets
Imodium Instant Tablets provide instant relief from diarrhoea by restoring your bowel to its normal rhythm, helping to restore the absorption of more fluids into your body to stop you from becoming dehydrated. Slowing down your bowel movements will mean you need to go to the toilet less, which can be convenient, especially if you have a long journey to make. Imodium Instants are used for the symptomatic relief of diarrhoea only and are not a substitute rehydration therapy.

Each Tablet contains 2mg Loperamide Hydrochloride and also contains Aspartame See leaflet for further information.

You have ever had a bad reaction to any of the ingredients. It is for a child aged under 12 (or under 18 for an IBS patient). You have severe diarrhoea after taking antibiotics. You are having a flare-up of an inflammatory bowel condition like ulcerative colitis. You are constipated, or your stomach appears swollen (especially in children with severe dehydration). You have acute dysentery, the symptoms of which may include blood in your stools and a high temperature.
Adults and children over 12 years: Take 2 tablets initially, followed if required, by 1 tablet after every further loose bowel movement, up to a maximum of 6 tablets per day.
