It is a floral woody musk fragrance created by New York fashion designer Caroline Herrera. 212 for men was an instant success. It is a fresh, aromatic and unusual fragrance for men that combines aquatic fragrance notes and an energetic burst of green accents, with citrus tones and the masculine warmth of spices and woods. The fragrance notes include spices, lavendar, grapefruit, ginger, green pepper, violet, sage, sandalwood, musk and incense, creating an intriguing blend. The fragrance is suitable for day and evening wear or any occasion. 212 for men was voted "Best New Male Fragrance Packaging" at the Fifi awards in 1999.Carolina Herrera was born in Caracas, Venezuela. Based in New York City since 1980 throughout the 70's and 80's she was named one of the ideal dressed women in the world. Herrera is known worldwide for her range of designer fashion.
