Product descriptionWe are a small batch brewery located in rural Buckinghamshire using only premium botanicals the finest green teas and raw honey from our own bees located less than one hundred metres from our fermentery. We are passionate and care about fermenting awesome handcrafted drinksdrinks packed with flavour and goodness. They are perfect for the mindful drinker. Jun-Kombucha, a rare cousin of Kombucha, is packed full of beneficial bacteria, vitamins, enzymes and amino acids, and as it is fermented with raw honey it is both prebiotic AND probiotic, which is great for your gut and overall physical and mental wellbeing. We have three flavours at launch: Hops Monster - is made using the finest organic Japanese Sencha green tea, infused with premium botanicals and three types of hops. Rose Blush - is made using the finest organic Darjeeling green tea, infused with premium botanicals and delicious rose petals and hibiscus flowers. Juni-Purr - is made using the finest organic Mao Feng green tea, infused with premium botanicals and loads of Juniper berries.
