Biona Organic Almond Butter is made using carefully selected nuts, which are freshly roasted in small batches just before milling. These nuts are then mashed together to create this creamy smooth textured peanut butter. It can be enjoyed when spread generously over toast, or added to various dishes during home-cooking. -

Enjoy our almond butter as a bread spread, in baking and also in sweets and desserts. As we do not use additives such as hardened fats or emulsifiers, the nut oil may separate - this does not affect the quality - simply mix back in to restore the creamy consistency.
