Le miel d'acacia Rowse est un miel au goût léger et doux qui ne cristallise pas et ne prend pas. C'est un substitut de sucre parfait, et a une saveur cireuse typique et des notes de fond de vanille. Verser sur le porridge, le yaourt, les pancakes et les gaufres. Se marie bien avec le vin et les fromages. Utiliser comme alternative au sucre pour sucrer les boissons.
