Power Health D-Mannose 1000 mg 30 comprimés contient de la canneberge, un petit arbuste à feuilles persistantes cultivé dans toute l'Amérique du Nord et le jus de ses baies est utilisé depuis longtemps par les tribus amérindiennes. L'une des molécules de sucre simples présentes dans les canneberges est le d-mannose.
La prise de d-mannose sous forme de comprimés contient beaucoup plus de d-mannose que ce que l'on trouve naturellement dans les aliments, garantissant que la dose adulte recommandée d'une demi-cuillère à café (environ 1 gramme) est atteinte.
