Le couscous épicé marocain Al'Fez est facile à préparer et peut être apprécié de plusieurs façons... Ajoutez de l'huile d'olive, des huiles de noix ou du beurre fondu pour plus de saveur. Refroidissez, ajoutez des légumes fraîchement hachés et servez comme une simple salade Farcissez les poivrons, transformez-les en beignets ou utilisez-les comme croûte pour le poisson.
Instructions de cuissons
1. Verser le contenu du pack dans un bol résistant à la chaleur
2. Ajouter 300 ml d'eau bouillante, couvrir et laisser reposer 5 minutes
3. Ajouter un peu d'huile d'olive ou de beurre au goût (facultatif), remuer et séparer les grains à la fourchette avant de servir
