À conserver dans un endroit frais et sec. Une fois ouvert, conserver dans un contenant hermétique pour éviter qu'il ne durcisse. Si le sucre naturel durcit, ce n'est pas un signe de détérioration. Il suffit de le placer dans une bassine et de le recouvrir d'un chiffon humide. Laissez passer la nuit et sa bruine reviendra.
