Conserver dans un endroit sombre et frais.
À consommer de préférence avant : voir panneau blanc.Faire bouillir 1 litre d'eau et 1 cuillère à café de sel, puis incorporer 100 g de pâtes. Faire bouillir pendant 5 minutes et goûter soigneusement les pâtes toutes les minutes jusqu'à ce qu'elles soient 'al dente'.
Égoutter et servir immédiatement.
