Conservez dans un endroit frais et sec. Une fois ouvert, conserver dans un contenant hermétique.
Faire bouillir les nouilles et les ajouter au sauté ou à la soupe. Porter une casserole d'eau à ébullition puis retirer du feu, ou bien faire bouillir de l'eau à l'aide d'une bouilloire puis verser dans une casserole. Plongez les nids de nouilles dans l'eau bouillie et laissez-les tremper pendant 5 minutes ou, si vous les faites sauter, 4 minutes. Remuer fréquemment pour séparer les nouilles. Égoutter et servir immédiatement ou ajouter à votre sauté.
