Les comprimés instantanés d'Imodium procurent un soulagement instantané de la diarrhée en restaurant votre rythme intestinal normal, aidant à restaurer l'absorption de plus de liquides dans votre corps pour vous empêcher de vous déshydrater. Ralentir vos selles signifie que vous devrez moins aller aux toilettes, ce qui peut être pratique, surtout si vous avez un long trajet à faire. Imodium Instants est utilisé uniquement pour le soulagement symptomatique de la diarrhée et ne constitue pas une thérapie de réhydratation de substitution.

Chaque comprimé contient 2 mg de chlorhydrate de lopéramide et contient également de l'aspartame. Voir la notice pour plus d'informations.

Vous avez déjà eu une mauvaise réaction à l'un des ingrédients. Il s'adresse à un enfant de moins de 12 ans (ou de moins de 18 ans pour un patient SII). Vous avez une diarrhée sévère après avoir pris des antibiotiques. Vous avez une poussée d'une affection intestinale inflammatoire comme la colite ulcéreuse. Vous êtes constipé ou votre estomac semble gonflé (en particulier chez les enfants souffrant de déshydratation sévère). Vous souffrez de dysenterie aiguë, dont les symptômes peuvent inclure du sang dans vos selles et une température élevée.
Adultes et enfants de plus de 12 ans : Prendre initialement 2 comprimés, suivis si nécessaire, de 1 comprimé après chaque nouvelle selle molle, jusqu'à un maximum de 6 comprimés par jour.
