Clearspring Sauce Soja Japonaise Tamari Bio 150ml
Le nouveau Tamari à force unique de Clearspring est fabriqué au Japon par leur nouveau producteur qui brasse de la sauce soja depuis un demi-siècle au pied du mont Ena, dans la partie la plus méridionale des Alpes japonaises. Fabriqué à partir de fèves de soja entières, Clearspring Single-Strength Tamari est fermenté selon des méthodes traditionnelles et vieilli pendant 9 mois.
