Avaler avec de l'eau ou une boisson froide et prendre avec un repas principal. A ne pas croquer. Ne pas dépasser l'apport recommandé. A prendre uniquement le ventre plein. Vous pouvez commencer à prendre Pregnacare à tout moment de la grossesse. Cette formule complète remplace les autres suppléments et multivitamines Pregnacare. Il n'est pas nécessaire de prendre une multivitamine supplémentaire.
