This supplement appears to be exceptional to me. In terms of quality, it is superb no additives, no fillers. Since I take several supplements daily, this aspect is crucial to me. Moreover, the key component has been enhanced with the addition of Omega 3 powder, ginseng extract, Vitamin D3 and B12, all of which I am accustomed to taking. I imagine these compounds work synergistically. Taste-wise, if you mix this powder with the right juice, you won't notice much of its taste. I find that vegetable juice or tomato juice, for example, complements it well. Quality comes with the expected price tag; this is not a cheap supplement. You get 46 servings in one pouch priced at 28 at the time of writing it, translating to a monthly cost of approximately 18.20. This would make it the most expensive lion's mane supplement I tried so far high quality products tend to cost more. All the ingredients packed into this supplement are highly beneficial to the human body and I have no doubt that it is an excellent product.

This powder is very strong in flavour. It can at first taste bitter. However I don't find it unpleasant. I have been mixing it in a berry smoothie. I think it will take a bit of time to feel the effects. However the ingredients listed are very impressive and I like that it's also organic. I did add this one day to my soup but I found the flavour was too over powering. So i'm sticking with adding this to my berry smoothies. The instructions say only to take 1/2 teaspoon each day. Quite powerful stuff. No bad side effects so all good so far.

Firstly I can't really comment on the taste. Not a fan of mushrooms or Fish (that supposedly lions mane resembles) - I did try a bit and it was a big NO from me, but I always intended to make my own capsules from it anyway. The powder is an extract which is the most important part to me and the dried mushroom powder isn't the greatest for health benefits as to get the most from Lions mane it requires dual extraction, one with alcohol and one with water! GMO, Organic and lacking fillers is always great! Scan the QR code and there's a cert, bit basic, but lab verified is GREAT

Very good blend to improve my focus. Especially helpful during my exams period. I use it with my morning porridge. Very good set of ingredients, doesn't contain any unnecessary additives. Would recommend. Great value.
