Morepa Vegan DHA 60caps

I was unsure how these would be but firstly when I ordered they arrived the next day I am taking daily in the morning and easy to swallow No after taste and don't burst easily in mouth I can't say I notice a big difference in taking them but I feel confident they are better taking than not taking and I will continue to take them Worth all looking after ourselves especially now

I've almost completed a full two weeks using the Minami VeganDHA; can I tell the difference, well part of me thinks I can! The last month has been quite disruptive, for everyone I'm sure not just me, however a puppy refusing to sleep at night has meant I'm feeling tired and lethargic in the morning which I'm sure everyone can understand slowly but surely gets worse as the day continues. I take a single caplet with my breakfast at work about 9am and knowing I can usually start to feel my eyes get heavy around roughly 3pm I've noticed that feeling doesn't appear to be happening. By 6pm at the end of the working day I still feel refreshed and ready to get out for an evening run. I work in marketing and my main role is proofreading product catalogues, which can cause eye strain and, as it's repetitive the need to take a break to keep concentration to a maximum is a must! With the weather turning more autumnal getting out is less likely however, I don't feel I've missed this nor has my concentration weaned. As the only thing to be added to my daily intake is the Minami could this be the main reason? All signs point to yes!

I've been taking these Algae Omega3 softgels for a month now. The tub smells fishy inside and the softgels tastes a bit fishy but they are easy to swallow and there's no fishy aftertaste. Sometimes I can taste the Orange flavour a little while after taking the supplement which I find quite pleasant. I'm not sure if the supplements do anything but I believe they do and I will keep taking them. I'm a vegetarian and so my body can't make enough DHA just from my diet, nuts, seeds etc. It's great there are Vegan Omega3 supplements available now. I recommend it to everyone who is vegetarian or vegan.

I really like this supplement. It is easy to take and doesn't have a fishy taste like some omega 3 tablets do. It's great that it gives me the piece of mind that I'm getting enough omega 3 on a vegan diet.

Before being vegan I use to get lots of Omega 3 from the fish I ate. So it's really pleasing to have an Omega 3 supplement that I can take. Even better is the fact the capsules are so small, easy to swallow and taste of orange. I haven't noticed any huge chance in my well being, but I am just satisfied to know I am giving my body an important oil that I wouldn't normally be getting.

These capsules always give me a boost; they make me feel satisfied as though I don't need to eat junk food. I don't know why these worked so well when other natural/homeopathic supplements never made a difference. Maybe it's the algae and microalgae: I don't like to overdo anything so I only take these every second day
