EASY Blackcurrant Chia Pudding Recipe

Blackcurrant chia pudding is a delicious and healthy breakfast or snack. The recipe combines antioxidant-rich blackcurrants with nutritious chia seeds. It’s easy to make and can be made in advance too!

It contains powerful ingredients but is so simple to make. It’s also vegan and gluten-free.

Note: These amounts make one portion, but it’s easy to scale up the recipe to make enough for the whole family.



Method:

  1. Measure out two tablespoons of Green Origins Organic Chia Seeds and place in your bowl.
  2. Add two heaped teaspoons of Arctic Power Berries Blackcurrant Powder.
  3. Mix to combine.
  4. Shake your Coconut Merchant Organic Coconut Milk before measuring it out and carefully adding it to the dry ingredients.
  5. Mix mix mix.
  6. Drizzle the Rowse Organic Honey into the mixture and stir through.
  7. Cover and refrigerate until thickened or ready to eat.
  8. Serve with your favourite toppings. We used chopped bananas, walnuts, and almond flakes for a tasty crunch.
