Vitamin D3 ist ein fettlösliches Vitamin, das zur normalen Funktion des Immunsystems, zur Aufnahme/Verwertung von Calcium und Phosphor, zur Erhaltung normaler Knochen, zur normalen Muskelfunktion, zur Erhaltung normaler Zähne und auch zu einem normalen Calciumspiegel im Blut beiträgt. Zusammen mit Calcium trägt Vitamin D auch dazu bei, den Verlust von Knochenmineralien bei Frauen nach der Menopause zu reduzieren.

Nahrungsergänzungsmittel sollten nicht als Ersatz für eine abwechslungsreiche und ausgewogene Ernährung sowie eine gesunde Lebensweise verwendet werden.
Kinder von der Geburt bis 1 Jahr, ein Tropfen täglich zum Einnehmen oder als Zugabe zu Wasser oder Saft. Kinder von 1 bis 12 Jahren können auf Anraten eines Arztes bis zu zwei Tropfen täglich erhöhen. Erwachsene und Kinder ab 12 Jahren täglich ein bis fünf Tropfen. Überschreiten Sie nicht die empfohlene Tagesdosis, es sei denn, dies wird von einer entsprechend qualifizierten Person empfohlen.
