La Bio Idea Bio Vollkorn Penne 500g
Sizilianische Vollkorn-Makkaroni , hergestellt mit 100-jähriger Erfahrung und Leidenschaft der Familie Barbagallo. Diese Pasta wird aus hochwertigem sizilianischem Hartweizen hergestellt und innerhalb von 24 Stunden vom Weizenkorn zu Pasta verarbeitet. Das Mahlen der Weizen- und Teigwarenproduktion findet auf derselben Linie statt, ein einzigartiger Prozess. Während die Spaghetti um 1900 noch traditionell auf Holzregalen im Dorf getrocknet wurden, findet heute der Trocknungsprozess in der Nudelmanufaktur statt. Die Trocknung erfolgt auf traditionelle Weise bei niedriger Temperatur zwischen 50 und 65 Grad. Dies, um Aroma und Nährstoffe zu erhalten. Das ist die traditionelle Pasta „con amore e passione“ von La BIO IDEA.

Wasser in einem großen Topf aufkochen. Um sicherzustellen, dass die Nudeln nicht zusammenkleben, verwenden Sie mindestens 4 Liter Wasser für jedes Pfund Nudeln. Salzen Sie das Wasser mit mindestens einem Esslöffel mehr ist in Ordnung. Das salzige Wasser verleiht der Pasta Geschmack. 7 Minuten bei 100 Grad Celsius garen.
