Unfiltriert und unpasteurisiert abgefüllt, wobei die essigfermentierenden Bakterien erhalten bleiben, die die harmlose geleeartige Substanz bilden, die als Mutter bekannt ist. Aspall Roher Bio-Apfelessig wird im Laufe der Zeit gereift, um einen wunderbar zarten Apfelgeschmack und einen angenehmen, sauberen Abgang zu erzeugen.Ideal getrunken in Wasser verdünnt als tägliches Gesundheitstonikum oder zum Kochen, Dressings und Marinaden.
Aspall wurde 1728 gegründet und wird immer noch von der 8. Generation der Familie Chevallier geführt.
