Bierhefe wird, wie der Name schon sagt, häufig bei der Herstellung von Bier verwendet und hat einen natürlich bitteren Geschmack. Bierhefe wird aus der Hefe Saccharomyces cerevisiae gewonnen und hat sich als starke Nahrungsquelle für B-Vitamine, Chrom und Spurenelemente erwiesen und wird daher oft als natürliche Nahrungsergänzung verwendet.
Bierhefe wurde in vielen Formen verkauft, darunter Pulver, Flocken und Flüssigkeiten. Bei Natures Aid wurde unser Bierhefe-Ergänzungsmittel als einfach zu verwendende Tablette entwickelt. Dieses praktische tägliche Nahrungsergänzungsmittel enthält ausschließlich nicht entbittertes Bierhefepulver und enthält natürliche B-Vitamine.
