Serviervorschlag:
Legen Sie die Verpackung in heißes Wasser, bis sie weich und biegsam ist (ca. 10-15 Sekunden). Verpackung entfernen und auf einem feuchten Geschirrtuch abtupfen. Legen Sie die Füllung in die Mitte des Wraps. Falten Sie den Boden und die Seiten. Wickeln Sie die Verpackung nach oben, um eine ordentliche Rollenform zu bilden.
Füllungsvorschlag (für 4 Brötchen): Kombinieren Sie 40 g gekochte Reisnudeln mit 20 g Sojasprossen, 4 gehackten Salatblättern, 12 mittelgroßen gekochten Garnelen und je einer Handvoll gehackter Minze und Koriander. Mit Blue Dragon Sojasauce abschmecken.
Alternative Füllung: Dünne Kohlstreifen, Karotten und Champignons mit gehackter Chili, Ingwer und Knoblauch anbraten. Mit Blue Dragon Sojasauce abschmecken.
