Anusol haemorrhoid relief discomfort cream itching shrink piles 23g Anusol cream provides effective, soothing relief from the pain and discomfort associated with haemorrhoids (piles), itching, fissures and other related anal conditions. It contains ingredients that soothe and protect raw areas; helps reduce swelling, prevent bacterial growth and can promote healing. Anusol cream is rapidly absorbed and has a vanishing base that avoids staining clothes. Anusol cream 23g has a vanishing base to minimise any staining on your underwear. Apply morning and night and after each bowel movement as necessary. Although the symptoms vary from person to person, the following scale should help you identify how mild or serious your condition is. This is a guide only: if you think you have piles, you should speak with your GP or pharmacist - especially if you've not suffered from piles before. Anusol cream is a medicine which is used to relieve the swelling, itching and irritation of internal and external piles (haemorrhoids) and other minor ano-rectal conditions such as anal itching and fissures. It can be used post-operative following ano-rectal surgery. Anusol cream has a vanishing base formulation which means it is rapidly absorbed. The cream can also provide lubrication when used with Suppositories. It contains the three active ingredients. Zinc Oxide which is an astringent which soothes and protects raw areas and helps reduce swelling. It also acts as an antiseptic. Balsam Peru which is a mildly antiseptic and has a protective action on sore areas and may help healing.
