Proppadoms Duck & Plum Proppadoms 25g

These are nicely packaged and certainly no complaints on the freshness or crispiness of the snacks. The flavouring was good and most of those who tried them enjoyed them. Personally I found the flavour a little tangy for plum and duck so they weren't exactly what I was expecting. I just about managed a whole pack but probably best shared with someone in my view as the taste can get a bit much. Size and everything else was good and overall I would recommend giving them a go for something a bit different as a snack.

These are delicious snacking poppadoms. The branding and presentation is great, everything is well labelled. The duck and plum flavour is spot on, unique and delicious. I'd prefer a little less salt, but at 0.4g seems about normal. The texture is crisp and very dry. The current price point is confusing' way too much for something that might equate to a premium packed of crisps.

I received 4 packets of the Duck & plum variety of these mini poppadoms, which I shared for review purposes with my family. They come in 5 other flavours and it would appear there will also be a variety bundle. The overall opinion was that they were nice mini poppadoms, and the plum flavour comes through more than the duck, but enough to remind you of the combination. There was a comment that the flavouring was a little uneven. They are low calorie and suitable for vegans. What isn't clear is if they are Gluten-Free, the only allergen highlighted is soy, which I suspect may contain wheat. As my wife is gluten-free it would be nice to have clarification. I think at 1.25 a packet for 25g they are overpriced and I have deducted 1 star for this.

I wasted no time at all when i received these. They are a nice, light snacks. With only 114 calories i'm sure you can have two bags if you like and still not feel guilty. The mini poppadoms are thin and crispy and have a lightness about them. I do like the fact that you get a lot in the pack, i feel so ripped off when you open a bag of crisps and there seems to be about 5 crisps inside, these do not have that disappointment, plenty inside. I like the flavour, it was not too strong and you can still taste the poppadom flavour. Overall, well worth a try.

I got 4 bags of the duck and plum. They are light and crispy and they do have a mild flavour, but they are very dry. They should be slightly oily but these were like crackers and stripped all the moisture out of my mouth. However, 5 quid for 4 x 30g bags is absurb.

The texture of these snacks is good - they are very much like poppadoms. However, I found the Duck and Plum flavouring a tad 'off'. They were quite salty and a tad bitter. It wouldn't stop me from trying their other flavours, but this one certainly didn't match what I was expecting.
