Each serving contains 22.9g of quality carbohydrates, aiding muscle regrowth and recovery while providing energy for the day ahead. Oats are an incredibly nutritious grain, providing many key nutrients including zinc, iron, and magnesium, along with high amounts of antioxidants, all while being low in calories.
Now in a 3kg tub, our protein oats provide a massive 50 servings, ready for you to enjoy at any time. Only 2 minutes to perfect porridge
Option 1Add 1 scoop (60g) with 150ml of boiling water. Stir well and leave for 1-2 minutes. Eat and ENJOY!
Option 2Add 1 scoop (60g) with 100ml of cold water or milk and stir well. To add heat place into the microwave for 30 seconds. Stir again, and ENJOY!
